Canceling renewal
Use the Paddle customer portal to cancel automatic renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund a collected charge. Authorization lasts no longer than the signed paid-through boundary and cannot refresh after that boundary.
Requesting a refund
Reply to the Paddle receipt, visit Paddle buyer support, or contact emdev4fun@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, Paddle transaction ID, and issue description. Never send a full authorization code, payment-card details, or sensitive source code.
Voluntary refund periods and eligibility will be finalized after the legal supplier identity, sales regions, and live currency are confirmed; live purchasing remains disabled until then. Statutory cooling-off rights, digital-content rules, defective-product remedies, and other mandatory consumer rights always apply.
How refunds affect subscription entitlement
- A full refund, a zero positive effective paid balance, or an effective chargeback stops new paid certificates.
- A partial refund that leaves a positive effective paid balance remains subject to the subscription state and paid-through boundary.
- If an adjustment or chargeback is formally reversed and payment eligibility returns, the server may restore certificates after validation.
Public installers remain downloadable. A refund or cancellation does not delete local user data or end an otherwise valid, subscription-independent 30-day trial.
